Shipping

We ship to the entire United States as well as Canada. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).

United States

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (some graphic tees and sweatshirts are excluded from this offer).
  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped via First Class or Priority Mail.
  • During peak seasonal sales, please allow 4-8 business days for processing.

Canada Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and package dimensions.
  • Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are not covered by It’sNOMB. If a package is refused due to customs fees, the order will not be refunded.
  • Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact customer care at shop@itsnomb.com, and we will assist you.

Holiday Shipping

Due to U.S. and international holidays, order processing and shipping times may be delayed.

Returns & Order Issues

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

To ensure the best fit, please refer to our detailed size guide before placing an order, you can also reach out via shop@itsnomb.com for any sizing questions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please submit a claim within 3 days of receiving your order through our return portal. You will need to provide a clear photo of the item for verification. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Alternative Solutions for Sizing Issues

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky! While we do not accept size-based returns, we offer a one-time 20% discount on a new order if you need a different size. Contact us for assistance.
